Frequently Asked Questions:
How is your jewelry produced?
All of our jewelry is handmade using traditional and contemporary metalsmithing techniques in our studio.
How long will it take for my jewelry to ship?
Most of our pieces are made to order, unless it's a one of a kind piece. We are able to ship items within five - ten business days of purchase. One of a Kind pieces that do not require sizing will ship within the next three business days. We are happy to accommodate time sensitive orders. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order to ensure that your order can be made in time.
what types of metal do you use?
We use only 100% recycled sterling silver, 14k and 18k gold.
Do you make custom engagement rings?
Yes we do! We will work with you on your vision for the piece, starting with stone selection and design, all the way through to the finished product. Please contact Elana at email@example.com for all custom orders.
Will you make jewelry with a stone that I own?
We do custom designs with customer owned stones on a case by case basis, depending on the stone, it's quality, and the design. Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and your design idea to get custom quotes! If we cannot use your stone, we are happy to source stones for your custom project!
I lost an earring, can I order one to match?
Of course you can! Please follow our repairs policy to order your match. Matches cost half the current price of a full pair of earrings, plus any shipping costs. Match cannot always be made due to material unavailability. Please contact us to send your remaining earring to ensure the new earring matches the existing one. To request a match, please contact us at email@example.com.
Can i personalize my jewelry?
We would love to help customize your jewelry! Many times, flush set diamonds may be added to designs, as well as changes in metal and sizes. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to work on your custom order.
is your jewelry ethically sourced?
Absolutely! This is something that is very important to us, from raw material to finished piece, we only use ethically sourced stones, environmentally responsible metals, and practice environmentally friendly, non-toxic processes.
